Under the framework of CREDIM EXPRESS, AMEN BANK has indeed set up a simplified process, which reduces the number of people involved in the credit application and significantly shortens the processing time of the credit file.
This is how the client can transmit, via the property developer, his credit file for an initial financing agreement. This agreement will be issued to him at the latest 7 working days, from the date of the submission of the complete file, by the real estate developer to AMEN BANK.
In addition, and upon obtaining the verification report and signing the final agreement with the real estate developer, AMEN BANK, will issue the loan contracts to the customer within a maximum period of 7 working days, starting from the receipt of the complete legal file.
CREDIM EXPRESS hence ensures financing for the benefit of the customer with well studied preferential conditions. The amount of the loan can reach 80% of the cost of property acquisition and the term of the loan may be up to 25 years, with MMR + 2.5% interest rate for periods of less than 15 years and 7.75% for longer periods.
